Q: How are goods delivered? A: We use Australia Post eParcel
service and they will deliver to your address and for your security
they require a signature on delivery. If you are not home they will
leave a card enabling you to pick them up from your local post
office where again your signature will be required.
Q: How long does delivery take? A: Assuming we have stock
despatch is usually same day or next day depending on the time of
your order and delivery is typically 5-7 working days depending on
your location (West Coast and remote locations could take up to 7-10
working days).
Q: Do you guarantee the products? A: Yes, we offer a
replacement waranty for 30 days from date of purchase against faulty
materials and workmanship. We also offer a full refund if goods are
not as advertised but please choose carefully as this does not
include you changing your mind after goods have shipped. We fully
comply with NSW consumer protection laws but feel we exceed them by
priding ourselves on customer satisfaction.
Q: Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? A: Yes! We are a
small and flexible business so we are always willing to negotiate,
however we feel our pricing reflects that we run a tight, low
overhead business and we doubt you will find better pricing than
ours. We have a 2 price policy, our listed price is for immediate in
stock delivery, however if you are building and know what you need
months in advance we offer indent pricing meaning you pay a 50%
deposit and we will order it on our next shipment ex factory and you
pay the balance when the good arrive usually 2-3 months later. You
can also order non standard lines on
indent. We also offer discounts on entire boat packages.
